Personal data protection
The site is not registered with the CNIL as it does not collect personal information. No personal information is collected without your knowledge. No personal information is passed on to third parties.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, and the European Parliament and Council Regulation n°2016/679 of April 27, 2016, we collect personal data (surname, first name, email and telephone) in the contact form. We only use this data to manage this request. The information is not used for marketing and/or communication purposes. Personal data is neither recorded nor saved and will be destroyed once the request has been answered.
Applicable law
Both this site and the terms and conditions of its use are governed by French law, regardless of the place of use or connection. In the event of a dispute, and after all attempts to find an amicable solution have failed, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
