Immersive Safety Days

On Friday, I had the pleasure of speaking on behalf of Eiffage—Nîmes & Montpellier agencies—as part of a Safety Days event dedicated to risk prevention in public works.
Thanks to the use of virtual reality headsets, teams were able to immerse themselves in realistic construction site situations in order to better identify hazards, understand the right reflexes, and reinforce safety culture in a concrete and engaging way.
An innovative approach to training, made possible in partnership with AVANTAGE HR, combining pedagogy, immersion, and real-world impact.
